Placing an order is simple. Browse our shop, add the items you love to your basket, and head to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to save your details for next time. Once your order is confirmed and payment is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email straight away.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely - we never store your full card details.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

We will do our very best to help, but we cannot guarantee amendments can be made once an order is being prepared for dispatch. If your order has already been sent, you are welcome to return it under our Returns Policy once it arrives.

I haven't received my order confirmation email - what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first, as confirmation emails can occasionally end up there. If it is not there either, it is possible that the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. Please contact us at info@blueprintsbyavana.com with your name and the approximate date and time of your order and we will look into it for you.

Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We occasionally run promotions, seasonal sales, and offer discount codes to our newsletter subscribers. The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up to our mailing list. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied to orders retrospectively. Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
