Placing an order is simple. Browse our shop, add the items you love to your basket, and head to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to save your details for next time. Once your order is confirmed and payment is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email straight away.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely - we never store your full card details.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted during checkout, and payments are processed through industry-standard, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Your financial information is never stored on our systems.

We begin processing orders quickly, so if you need to make a change please contact us at info@blueprintsbyavana.com (mailto:info@blueprintsbyavana.com)as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our very best to help, but we cannot guarantee amendments can be made once an order is being prepared for dispatch. If your order has already been sent, you are welcome to return it under our Returns Policy once it arrives.

Please check your spam or junk folder first, as confirmation emails can occasionally end up there. If it is not there either, it is possible that the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. International customers please note that prices do not include any import duties or local taxes that may be applicable in your country - please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

Yes! We occasionally run promotions, seasonal sales, and offer discount codes to our newsletter subscribers. The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up to our mailing list. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied to orders retrospectively. Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
